I came across this on another mother's page. Her son Charlie was diagnosed with IS in a very similar way to Cora. He is doing really really well.

It is spookily similar to Cora's story and it brought me a lot of comfort.

Wow. As I read that, I was picturing you, Kris and Cora as the family...Your love and instinct really inspire me as I'm about to become a mother.
Chad and I are so encouraged by your posts! We continue to pray that Cora will be one of the lucky ones, and that, as parents, you'll come out of this experience more empowered than isolated or fearful.
Much love,
Em
Gretchen,
That article was so well written it gave me the chills. It totally reminded me of you (and your mom) demanding to be seen immediately. You have been an amazing warrior for your Cora and I believe, like Zach's story, you have saved her. It think of you all the time, and am so grateful every time I read your newest blog, and it is nothing but fabulous news.
What a special little girl Cora is, with so many people who love and adore her.
Love,
Barbie
Hi Gretchen!
Thanks for putting this story up on your blog. I feel like this story gives others a glimpse at something we cannot explain with spoken words.
I hope all is well with Cora, what a cutie pie :)
Take care,
Molli and Charlie Salzman
